Hm... it's sound like VC-1 in MKV. Sorry this isn't supported at the moment.

with "MKVtoolnix" there comes a program called "mkvinfo GUI"
could you please check again the codec

It's a VC-1 codec.
Is a program out there which make a ts or m2ts or evo from a mkv?
I'm not sure but in my opinion you could demux the MKV with "MKVextractGUI" and then try to mux it with tsRemux again.
Please give it a try and let us know if it works.

VC1 Syabas will look into it because already many requests are on that but the Problem is that mkv is software handled and thats the Problem why they cant use higher Bitrates then 22Mbit right now.
But they are looking into that to improve the speed.
So this is on the TODO List but not verifyd that they will do it but could be.
